The round version will measure 16 1/2 inches in lenght while the elongated will measure 18 1/2 inches. We have an elongated toilet so the Mayfair Affinity toilet seat I installed was the Mayfair 1887SLOW 000. If you wanted this toilet seat in the round version you would want the MAYFAIR 887SLOW 000.
