Today I am doing a walk around a house that is ready to be pressure washed and painted.
In this video I am checking out the project and getting a game plan together for the pressure wash.
The house has not been painted in at least 10 years and is extremely dry and chalky. There are several cracks in the stucco which is common due to the house settling and obvious signs of previous touch ups that have now been exposed due to the fading.
