A baby is carried up to the shore by a dying women and found by an old woman. The village chief names him Qin Mu based on the characters carved on his jade pendant. Qin Mu, raised on cow milk, is not a born talent in martial arts, but the village chief tricks him into practicing powerful martial arts. With the help of people from Taoism Sect and Yujing, he starts to reform Taoist magics. He grows up step by step and fights for the people as one of the three heroes of Yankang State.
