Soothing Night Ambient Sounds For Sleeping | Peaceful Evening Lake Ambience To Help You Fall Asleep

2 hours of soothing nature sounds to help you relax, unwind and fall asleep. Best played at a relatively low volume for optimal effect, and this is because when it’s completely void of sound at night, people that have trouble sleeping, suffer with insomnia and other sleeping disorders, are more likely to focus more on small sudden annoying noises which can interfere with their ability to fall asleep. So listen to this last thing at night (at a relatively low volume) and these natural rhythmic sounds, especially as they’re lower frequency ones, will have a calming effect on you mind and help to induce sleep … or at least that’s the plan.
