Half of the butter-egg mixture
Cake flour 40g
Baking powder 1g
Pinch of salt
Pistachio (chopped)
Lemon juice 10g
Milk 20g
Cinnamon Raisin muffins
Half of the butter-egg mixture
Cake flour 32g
Baking powder 1g
Pinch of salt
Ground cinnamon 1g
Ground nutmeg 1g
Raisins
Milk 20g
Icing
Icing sugar 20g
Lemon juice (a few drops)
Coloring
Baking time/temperature
170 ℃ 20 min
