I DONT APROVE OF THE "NORMAL" looking chp units ,new vehicles sure but they NEED to be clearly marked for everyones saftey , people do impersonate police and making it as easy as buying a dodge and a 12 dollar light kit is making it waay to easy to abduct someone.. there used to be laws against this sort of thing.

Cat Brooks makes no sense. Everyone who drives the freeways like it's the Grand-Pre has tinted windows (nothing against tint) and are going too fast to even see who's behind the wheel. The CHP have no idea who they are even stopping. They see a car, pull it over, and figure it out from there. For all they know it could be a 10 year old who can't see over the wheel. Her logic makes no sense. Look at the citation/arrest stats and the correlation of who is committing the violation, why, and where they are conducting the enforcement. If the CHP patrolled Mexico, they would probably be writing a lot of tickets to "brown people..." Why? Because that's who lives there. Maybe people should just take responsibility for their actions instead of blaming others?
