I'm back with another MARETU translation! I couldn't resist at least attempting to make sense of these ambiguous lyrics. I think the blurred out images may be MRI scans and pictures of the brain, hence why the title is “Pink” and an image of a brain fades in at the end. It could be a reference to how drugs (which are mentioned/referenced throughout the song) affect the brain and even sometimes, in extreme cases, rewire it. The second and third person “you” and "they" within the song may actually be the speaker talking to themselves or to multiple people (such as society as a whole). Thank you for watching!

“躁” and “SAW” intentionally rhyme, but I couldn’t find a word for 躁 in English that would rhyme as well.
"ひろい(ん)" in the line "心がひろいんだ" could be a pun on the words heroine (ヒロイン) and heroin (ヘロイン). Also, ひろい literally means "wide" or "big", but in this sentence, I believe it suggests open-mindedness and tolerance.
罰点 doesn’t necessarily mean loss, it’s closer to something like “penalty points”, but I translated it as such for context’s sake.
あっかんべ means to stick your tongue out, especially as to tease someone, but I don't know if there's an equivalent of that in English so I settled for “Bleh”.
"滅公奉私" is a jumblement of the phrase "滅私奉公" meaning "selfless devotion". I translated it as the latter, but literally, "滅公奉私" would be something like "Destroy the public, dedicate to the private".
マルバツ can mean Xs and Os (as in multiple choice questions/answers) but I think it’s really referring to マリファナ (marijuana) and バツ/x (MDMA) here.
アンアンアン is an onomatopoeic word for (sexual) moaning.
