From what I've experienced with Speechcraft while getting all skills to 100.

Pick the 4 bars everytime. Keep spinning the wheel. Doesnt matter if their disposition gets to 0. Just keep picking the 4 bar option. At 55 now, will post again once I hit 100 to see how long this takes.

it took me 20 mins doing this method and I only went from 46 to 55. Okay so in oblivion remaster you get Xp based on how well your doing so leveling this way is painfully slow after 50

Do a video on the lock pick exploit, I found it accidentally. I was trying to open a hard chest with 4 chambers. Broke 15 picks, and got pissed. So I just clicked the 1st chamber up, and didn't move to the second one. I kept clicking on the 1st completed chamber, and you can hear it leveling up. It took me maybe 10 minutes to get to 100. Just spam the button. Crazy easy.

I have a macro running with this method in mind. I found that you need an NPC that has the options they like adjacent to each other rather than across from each other. You can just have a macro going that selects the options in a clockwise manner. I'd recommend starting the macro with the options the NPC prefers and then ending with the options they dislike. This way, you'll guarantee keeping their disposition low. Even if you end the mini game with their disposition at zero, you can still keep going.

Update on this: it looks like constantly ending at a disposition of zero doesn't allow you to level up speechcraft. Beginning with the options they dislike and then ending with the options the NPC likes is working for me now.

The way I did the speech craft leaving is I made a drain spell for speech craft by 100, then go to any trainer that does speechcraft that way every time I level up I can level up speechcraft by 5 and making it a major skill it was already at 30

It dosnt matter if it goes down to 0, you can keep playing at 0 even if you end the game on 0. As far as i know you get the same amount of xp if its 60 or 0. Just pick one and end the game as fast as possible.

You just gotta go through the mini game as fast as possible, score doesn’t not matter just spam. Took me 20 mins to get to 44 to 80. My thumbs hurt
