Open Sandwich Topping Recipes (for 2 slices of toast)

▶︎Garlic Shrimp and Avocado
6-8 shrimp
1 clove of garlic
1 mashed avocado (1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste)

▶︎Sauteed Mushrooms and Spinach
1 pack of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
1/2 bunch of spinach

▶︎Cheese and Jam Topping
Jam of your choice (I used homemade rhubarb jam)
1-2 slices of your favorite cheese (I used Camembert with blue cheese)
