InnoLux showcased its latest developments in microLED technology at Display Week 2025, emphasizing high-quality visuals and innovative applications. The highlight of the booth was a 101-inch microLED display offering stunning visuals with a contrast ratio (ACR) of up to 8,000. This display utilizes a combination of blue LEDs with Quantum Dot (QD) materials, ensuring superior image uniformity and vibrant colors, and it is designed to be tiled from smaller 12.7-inch modules for customizable sizes and resolutions.

Another fascinating exhibit was InnoLux's freestanding micro-mirror display with a reflection rate reaching an impressive 93%. Its remarkable clarity makes it particularly suitable for luxury retail environments like jewelry stores, offering precise reflections ideal for high-end products. The display's versatility was highlighted by practical applications, such as augmented reality experiences in fashion, enabling customers to virtually try on clothing through advanced camera tracking systems.

InnoLux also explored interactive possibilities in education and fitness, presenting the freestanding mirror as a tool for learning complex physical movements like dance or martial arts. Users could simultaneously watch instructional videos and their reflections, facilitating real-time corrections and skill improvements. This application underscores the flexibility of microLED technology to meet diverse consumer and commercial demands.

Addressing commercial viability, InnoLux confirmed that their microLED technology has entered mass production in 2025, with capabilities tailored to specific client requirements regarding display size and quantity. They also demonstrated their large-scale production capability with an astounding 200-inch 8K microLED display, shown previously at Touch Taiwan, composed seamlessly from 64 flawless modules boasting zero dead pixels, 50 PPI, and a 5 mm pixel pitch.

Additional highlights included a compact 9.6-inch microLED screen with 229 PPI and Full HD resolution, suitable for automotive and medical sectors. This display leveraged both RGB microLED and blue LED plus QD approaches, each selected based on specific performance requirements, demonstrating InnoLux's flexibility in catering to different market needs.

An innovative concept was also presented through a microLED-powered "floating jewelry box" featuring interactive, holographic-like visuals. This system, enhanced by specialized optical design, allowed viewers to manipulate virtual objects via hand gestures. The application underscored microLED's suitability for creating immersive, interactive experiences, particularly in retail and entertainment.

In terms of production readiness, some of the specialized RGB displays combining blue LED with QD materials are in the final stages before mass production. The company's methodical progression reflects careful optimization to ensure each product meets stringent quality benchmarks required by different application scenarios.
