Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Polao Rice
Soak For 15 Min.
Wash Well
Boil Some Water
Some Orange Peel
¼ Tspn Yellow Food Color
Washed Rice
Boil For 5 Min.
Cook The Rice 80 Percent
Strain The Water
¼ Cup Ghee
3 Cardamom, 5-6 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
¾ Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
Cook For 2 Min.
Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pichtachio
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
3 Tbsp Ash Gourd / Petha
3 Tbsp Orange Juice
Place a Pan
Cook For 10-15 In Low Flame
Making Malai:
1 Tspn Ghee
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Powder Milk
Mix Well
2 Tbsp Condensed Milk
Cook In Low Heat
Keep Stirring
Cook For 5 Min.
Malai Is Ready
Spread Jarda Rice
Spread Malai
Sweets
