In this video, I rank 20 Noob Saibot skins beginning with his first appearance in Mortal Kombat 2 and ending with his most recent appearance in Mortal Kombat 1. The only skins omitted are all the gear pieces in Mortal Kombat 11 since there are far too many to cover. To round out the video, I proclaim one of these 20 Noob Saibot skins the greatest of all time (GOAT).
