I finally got to see Nicky Romero live recently. He noticed there were just as many older fans as younger fans. He started playing OG Avicii songs, including "I Could Be The One". Took a decade plus for me to hear it live since the first time I heard it back in 2012 under the Nicktim name. It was a long time coming for me. That night was awesome for everyone there. Everybody was vibing. RIP Avicii - wish he was still here and putting out bangers!

When I first heard the instrumental version with the Justice - D.A.N.C.E acapella I was 13 years old. It's been 13 years since and now I'm 26. Avicii and Nicky Romero inspired me to start DJ'ing and producing. Nothing compares to the excitement I felt and I'm sure there are millions of others who felt the same excitement and happiness when ever a DJ would drop a new unreleased track at a festival and we would get leaks on YouTube. But Nicktim was something special. It will always be special. That era was truly the golden era of electronic dance music. I will always hold this track close to my heart forever. There's no other track that gives me the same feeling.

Thank you Nicky Romero and thank you Tim. We miss you more than words will ever describe. You left your mark for generations to come.

Finally mustered up the courage to watch the 2019 Tribute Concert last week. I was in tears for 2 days! What a beautiful, talented soul we lost.

I remember hearing this on vacation in Spain and Portugal with my family. I thought this song was really cool. Didn't know it was Avicii until some years later. Glad I found it then. Wish it was more popular in the US.

It may not be noticeable, but shy and quiet people try to change themselves in different ways. They try to show their personality to the world, so they start taking something from everyone and collecting a puzzle of their life. They learning the whole life and trying to find themselves. I want to express my gratitude to the people who worked with Tim and helped him to find his life route.

Cried watching this video. Back in time when "I could be the one" came out I was just a teenager that loved electronic music. I became an Avicii fan since I discovered him. That music is the music of my life. It's sad to no have him with us, but I'm grateful to have the opportunity to enjoy all his art. Nicktim ❤️
