Welcome! We all have our dressing on a salad. What if it was on the inside? This ultra-retro dish is so perfectly 1950s! Just delicious with a hint of roquefort, veggies and a very pretty presentation. Embrace the 50s my friends and give it a try! You're welcome!

Here’s your recipe!

I Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 TSP Onion or Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 TBS Raw Carrots, Finely Chopped
2 TBS Green Pepper, Finely Chopped
2 TBS Tomato, Finely Chopped
8 Oz Pkg Cream Cheese, Softened
2 TBS Roquefort Cheese (Or Blue or Gorgonzola)
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper

Cut the lettuce in half and cut out core. Remove inside of lettuce leaving at least 1" outer intact. Combine all remaining ingredients well and stuff into both halves. Wrap lettuce tightly with foil for at least an hour to firm up. Serve in slices for a beautiful presentation!
