Recipe:
3 eggplants.
Salt.
300g chicken breast.
200 g onions.
Olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
1/2 cup white wine.
100 g tomatoes.
120g crushed tomatoes.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat.
60 g Parmesan cheese.
200g mozzarella.
Olive oil.
1.5 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Chives.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
