Sonic 3 & Knuckles - Hydrocity (Knuckles) speedrun tutorial

Due to the complexity of Sonic 3 & Knuckles in terms of mechanics, and its neat separation into zones, I've elected to split my S3&K tutorials up by zone. (Splitting by act doesn't work, since some act 2s require things to be set up from act 1 of the same zone.)

Here I look at Hydrocity, which features the first of many level wraps in the game, as well as one of the more annoying bosses in act 1.
