Recipe:
8 chicken wings.
Dip the chicken wings in water.
2 tablespoons of baking powder.
2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Then rinse with plenty of water.
Dry the chicken wings with kitchen paper.
Salt and black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of honey.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Oregano.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 °C.
Turn and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
