I'm SAKI, a personal trainer who runs personal training studios in Nagoya and Tokyo.
I've taught thousands of people my unique training method that combines ballet, pilates, and stretching.
I started ballet at the age of 3, and discovered pilates while studying abroad, which transformed my body and allowed me to become a finalist at a world competition.
From that experience and my own failure to try hard exercise and unreasonable diets, I am working to "increase the number of people who can achieve both health and beauty and shine with vitality."
