Rich, dense, decadent and full of chocolate, this recipe for Flourless Chocolate Cake for two is perfect for any and every chocolate lover!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp butter, salted.
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt.

Directions:
Spray two 6 oz. ramekins with non stick baking spray.
In a small sauce pan combine chocolate chips and butter and stir over medium heat until melted and combined.
Set aside to cool a bit
In a bowl, combine sugars, egg, vanilla and salt. Stir to until mixed.
Add a few tablespoons of melted chocolate into sugar mixture and stir to combine. Add in remaining chocolate mixture.
Pour half of the mixture into each ramekin.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 22 minutes.
Allow to cool and then run a knife around the edge and remove from the dish.
Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, some ice cream or whipped cream. Add a berry or two!
