Freezy Arctic (Extended) - Digimon Rumble Arena

That bass, huh. I always picture this as the first level, fighting Gabumon and Matt. Kinda find this interesting. It's a harsh, unforgiving cold you're heading into for battle. You'd better be ready to fight not just your opponent, but the arena itself if you want to survive. We're not here to take in the wonders and beauty of snow.

This reminds me of A Frozen Breath from Dynasty Warriors Gundam. While not as...hmm.. large-scale? with the strings and vocals, it does have a bass and percussion. A rocking ice track. Not a sleigh bell to be heard. They also both have an electric...chime thing sounds. Though the ones in this track are more in the background and less noticeable.
