Katamari Forever was developed by Genki and published by Namco Bandai Games in 2009 exclusively for the PlayStation 3 after the Xbox 360 got their exclusive Beautiful Katamari two years prior. Katamari Forever is sadly seen as a lowpoint in the series. At least when it comes to console games as it mostly consists of older stages from previous games with a slight filter put on top. The soundtrack is similarly lacking in new songs or remixes. Katamari Forever also features Sixaxis controls to make the prince jump.
