This is my kale sausage fried rice recipe, and super easy fried rice. This recipe is for 4 servings.

My family really like kale. That' s why I chose kale in my Kale Sausage Fried Rice recipe. In this recipe, I use Italian sausage, you can chose any kind of sausage in your preference. In this fried rice, the sausages are meaty ,garlicky and salty; kales are crispy ; eggs and rice are soft; the cooked soy sauce aroma brings up amazing smell. All kinds of textures and flavors combined together in one spoon. Also this is great for one pot meal ,weekend brunch or lunchbox.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Light Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
