A recipe as delicious as pizza. Fill a delicious bread with the ingredients you want. I put cheese, salami and parsley. You can use the same ingredients you use for pizza in this recipe. --125 ml / 4.2 oz / Warm milk
--125 ml / 4.2 oz / Warm water
--15 gr / 1 Tbsp Sugar
--100 ml / 3.4 oz cooking oil
--1 Egg white.
( I kept the yolk aside to spread on top.)
--10 gr / 1 Tbsp Dry yeast
--480 gr All-purpose flour.
--8 gr / 1 Tsp Salt
sesame
Black Cumin
--Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 20 minutes.
sprinkle water into the hot oven for steam.
