How to make finger-jointed recipe boxes

In this video I go step by step on how to make these recipe boxes. I used my Rockler box jointing jig with a 1/4" setup. The boxes are 7.25" wide, 5" deep and 4.5" on the inside. The tops and bottoms of my boxes varied in thickness depending on the lumber I had available. If you're set up to make one you might as well make a couple.
This was a birthday gift for my oldest granddaughter that she requested I make for her. Her aunts all contributed recopies.
