Snickers cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and delicious!
Ingredients: (mold diameter 20 cm)
Biscuit:
Eggs - 3 pieces
Sugar - 80 grams
Flour - 80 grams
Cocoa powder - 20 grams
Milk - 50 ml
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
A pinch of salt
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Caramel: (can be replaced with boiled condensed milk)
Cream 33% - 150 ml
Sugar - 150 grams
Butter - 50 grams
A pinch of salt
Peanuts - 100 grams
Cream:
Cream cheese - 400 grams
Cream 33% - 150 ml
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 25 grams
Glaze:
Chocolate - 130 grams
Cream 33% - 50 ml
Peanuts - 40 grams
