There are both single story and two level desert modern homes being built. The exteriors definitely have a desert modern feel but the interiors are somewhat traditional with some mid century modern touches.

Many of these new homes have stunning mountain views or views of the olive groves. Some have both.

The builder is Lennar and they call this phase of development "Vitality".
