Finding the Best ARPG Ever Made: Diablo

Diablo 1 is one of those games that helped shape the industry today. Except for the parts where everything is terrible and full of microtransactions. It mostly just did great things like produce a genre, give us an iconic series, and have lots of terrifying 90's full motion video. And since it's potentially the most important ARPG ever made, could it also be considered the best? Unfortunately, probably not.
