Recipe 1:
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
3/4 cup sugar (150 g).
1/4 cup sunflower oil (60 ml / 2 fl oz).
1 cup peanuts.
1/2 cup raisins.
1.5 cups flour (200 g).
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
This batter needs to have a thicker consistency than a typical sponge cake.
2 apples
Apples are the most important ingredient in baking a perfect apple pie.
Get some sweet and tart apples and the result will be worth your effort.
If you can't find such apples, don't worry, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the already sliced apples, the result will also be great!
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
1 cup milk (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 40 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.

Recipe 2:
4 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
100 g butter at room temperature.
Add the 4 egg yolks one after the other.
60 ml milk at room temperature.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
150 g flour.
10 g baking powder.
Approximately 20 cm large molds, lined with baking paper.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
4 egg whites.
200 g sugar.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until the consistency is reached.
30 g chopped almonds.
Bake at 160 °C/320 °F for 35–40 minutes.
Ideally with the oven ventilation running.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz very cold cream.
90 g powdered sugar.
300 g mascarpone cream cheese.
