[Apple Cake]

■Ingredients
・2 eggs
・40g okara powder
・40g Lakanto
・40g butter
・80ml milk
・1 apple

■How to make
1. Cut the apple into 8 pieces and roughly chop them.
2. Heat the butter in the microwave at 600W for about 30 seconds to melt it and let it cool.
3. Beat the eggs and add sugar, then gradually add the melted butter while mixing.
4. Add half the milk and mix.
5. Sift in the okara powder and mix.
6. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
7. Add half the diced apples and mix.
8. Line a baking sheet in the mold and pour in the batter. Top with the remaining apples and bake in a 170° oven for 45-50 minutes.
