Recipe: (Makes 18 2oz cookies)
1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
-1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbs molasses
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups old fashion oats
1 1/2 cups raisin (2 cups of hot water to plum raisins)
Instruction:
Bake at 350F for 10 to 12min. Rotate at the halfway point.
