Recipe:
Chicken wings.
Water.
2 tablespoons baking powder.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly with water.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Take the chicken wings and place them on a plate.
Fry the onion and garlic for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
1 cup of beer (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
Cook with the lid on for 15 minutes over medium heat.
4 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of honey.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder.
Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken wings and add the mixture.
