Just two eggs and one piece of seafood make a really delicious rice bowl dish.
I added two types of seafood, shrimp and squid, but it is delicious even if you only add one type.
It's easy, so try it!
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[1 serving]
✤ Stir-fried seafood
6 Prawns
100g Cooked squid
20g Unsalted butter (cooking oil available)
1 pinch of salt
7g (0.5Tbsp) Minced garlic
✤ Egg water
2 eggs
3g (1tsp) Oyster sauce
2g (0.5tsp) Sugar
2g (1tsp) Chili powder
2g (1tsp) Curry powder
Milk 12g (1.5Tbs) Coconut milk available
✤ Served with toppings
Green onion or basil
Red pepper (can be omitted)
Cooked rice
✤ TIP
Before adding the egg mixture, add oil to the pan and heat it.
When adding stir-fried seafood, reduce the heat to low.
To eat soft, cook the eggs only about 90%.
