200 g rice
170 g Chinese cabbage
100 g ground pork
1 egg
Salt to taste
A dash of pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Sesame oil to taste
Bean jam
200 cc water
1/2 teaspoon granulated soup stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
