This time, I'll be introducing how to make macaroni salad. It's perfect for making in advance or as a side dish! It keeps its firm texture even after a while! You can easily make a delicious deli-style macaroni salad with just a few handy ingredients. It's so delicious, so please give it a try.

■Ingredients (serves 2-3)
・80g macaroni
・2 slices of ham
・50g corn
・1 can of tuna
・1/2 cucumber
・1/4 carrot
・3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
・1 teaspoon granulated consommé
・1 teaspoon sugar
・1/2 teaspoon salt x 2
・1/2 teaspoon vinegar
・Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
■How to make
1. Boil the macaroni in boiling water for 1 minute longer than the time indicated on the package.
2. Slice the cucumber thinly, put it in a plastic bag, add salt, rub in, and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Slice the carrot into 1cm wide slices, and cut the ham into 1cm wide slices.
4. Add the carrots 1 minute before the macaroni is done, boil them together, and then remove them.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and cool thoroughly.
6. Squeeze out the water from the cucumber and canned tuna.
7. Add the cucumber, corn, ham, and canned tuna to the macaroni and mix, then add sugar and mix well.
8. Add the consommé, vinegar, and mayonnaise, and toss to finish.

5. Drizzle with olive oil and cool completely.
6. Squeeze the water out of the cucumber and canned tuna.
7. Add the cucumber, corn, ham, and canned tuna to the macaroni and mix, then add sugar and mix well.
8. Add the consomme, vinegar, and mayonnaise, toss, and finish.
