Reminds me of GRINDE mapping where the clean up is grouping, relating , interconnecting, Non verbal ⭐️, Directionality, Emphasis 😅

I think this is why I could never study properly,i always wanted to not make any mistakes,and end up procrastinating for days on end,it never helps,but the only useful thing are the scribbles i prepare when it's 2 days before the exams🤧
Recording audio of lectures and matching that with the PowerPoint slides made a huge difference in my PhD classes
I start messy then I just don't progressively clean it up

I feel like when it comes to a paragraph or a small concept with many fact. Do i need to map those fact down or just fact that connective. Because i will like i just writing instead of typing 😢😢.
Is there somehow to do the organise by using something like chat gpt. Like i will paste the lecture and somehow chat gpt will show me the possible connection. Any effective responsive prompt guys?
