The fact that the SC even took up the immunity issue is alarming. By putting it on the back burner it puts the integrity of the SC in serious doubt. We're fighting an internal enemy here and the courts are not fighting with us.

Sorry to say it, but it’s time for the DoJ to start handing out Obstruction charges to Congress; sure they will wail about political persecution and pass around the victim hat, but in the end, not jailing people for overstepping their authority is what got us in this mess, and we won’t get through it by continuing to ignore the problem.
