Hey Dan! I am one of the devs for this modpack, and I just want to say thank you for checking out this mod! This is a dream come true! Myself and the other devs (especially the creator @craisinlord) have put so much effort into making this the best modpack possible.

A bit of advice on the mods in this pack, especially create, since you asked: I would highly, highly recommend you update to the latest version of the pack. I have added detailed guides in the questbook for both create and the magic mods. There is a lot more information now within the game itself. I agree that looking up a wiki should not be needed when playing a pack. I want all the information available within the game. I have tried my best to make this happen.

ps. finish reading all the info on the quest homepage. it will help you start to unlock the secret recipes, which imo is one of the coolest aspects of the entire pack.

Bro i almost cried. My childhood before my eyes. over a decade ago i started watching you Dan, and have been playing your old Diamond dimensions videos for my wife of now 8 months. We both love it and I am so happy to see this coming back.

I don't usually comment on Youtube videos but I need to comment on this one.. I watched you throughout my entire childhood and you brought me so much immense joy and happiness with your positive energy and fun videos. You were such a bright light in such a horribly dark time for me and I'll forever be so thankful that you released videos during that time period (2011-2018).

I'm turning 19 next month and just had this video pop up on my explore page. I've been struggling greatly recently with depression, and watching this made me feel some happiness I haven't felt in weeks. Thank you for still making these amazing videos. I hope you know how many lives you impacted and how truly loved you are!

About the dragon corpses/skeletons, the way you loot them, is you have to find their hitbox around the centre, and then right click with an empty hand. This will begin to loot the corpse/skeleton. You will get a stage 1-5 skull from the body, and bones. If the corpse still has skin on it, you will get dragon scales and a heart too. Later on in the game, you can instead use a glass bottle on the corpses with skin to harvest their blood, which is useful for late game crafting. However, harvesting blood will reduce/completely remove, your ability to get scales from that corpse. Also, random skeletons found on the surface will always be stage 1-3 dragons. Alive wild dragons in the surface will be found in nests, of their specific type, ice, fire, or lightning. Dragons on the surface will always be stage 1-3. Stage 4-5 dragons can only be found underground in little caverns. Stage 4-5 female dragons will drop eggs, a stage 4 female will always drop 1, but a stage 5 female can drop 1-2. Eggs can be hatched under certain conditions depending on the type of dragon (ice eggs have to be hatched in a water source block, fire eggs have to be placed in fire (netherack is recommended, and lightning dragons have to be hatched in the rain, during a thunderstorm). Frost/Fire/Lightning lily mixtures are used to breed a male and female dragon of the same type (they both must be stage 4+.
I hope this explains the basics of dragons in the Ice And Fire mod.

Dan, There is a button to the right of your helmet armor slot in the inventory, and it opens additional slots and you can put your backpack in one of those so it doesn't take up your chest plate slot, and you can craft the guidebook for the Ars Nouveau magic mod, Ars Nouveau is my favorite mod as its incredibly versatile. Words cannot describe the excitement I have for this series!

Fun fact: You can left click the Toolboxes from the Create Mod (there was one in each tower that you raided) to pick it up. It maintains its inventory when you do. You can also bind a key to access a Toolbox's inventory from about a 10-15 block radius, which can come in handy when working on Create contraptions. So glad to see you return to modded Minecraft, Dan; can't wait for more!
