you can see another frame that the entire universe has been reset because of the soft lock and there are no longer any anomaly's present

I'm really glad Guile’s World Warrior glitchiness was portrayed correctly. For people who don't know Guile was ridiculously broken in the first version of SF2, I don't even think they playtested him, that's how broken he was. A Guile player can straight up just decide to crash the arcade cabinet if he wants to, make himself invincible, soft-lock the game in 5 different ways, (the scroll glitch in this video is one of those soft-locks) anything you can think of, he can do it.

In case nobody knew, There was a difference with Ryu's crouch kick in SFII and SFII turbo. It slowly makes you move away in turbo, probably the earliest patch I've ever seen

The fact that he actually included the 'Low kick them in the corner until they stop breathing' method, otherwise known as the 'Oh my god please stop I can't play the game with you doing this please I'm begging you' method makes this all the better.
