PP Rank is something i came up with for myself as a challenge, and it's not (at least yet) modded to be in the actual game, the rules are:
Collect ALL points that there are to collect
0 Damage and No falling into pits
MAX Combo
AND get all achievements in one run (only John Gutter is impossible with this because of lets make this quick)
PS. I also debated if i wanna go for lap 3 using a mod, but that would be way too grindy and i actually wanna have fun with this, so no
