13:44 keep in mind Valve’s biggest cash cow right now, CS:GO is an iteration of a fan mod made in 1998 with the name Counter Strike.
All the maps in the game are also community made or were just touched up by valve. Nintendo could rake in so much more profit if they took a look at what people were doing and for once said «hmmm, let’s see what they have to offer». They could still have their own direction for the game, but it couldn’t hurt to take some inspiration and listen for once instead of plugging your ears and sending your lawyers.

This whole fiasco just brought up the Nintendo doesn't support their fanbase situation, Sega, even though the company isn't in a better position than Nintendo, still treat their fanbase with respect, hiring fans to make Sonic Mania. So after all those years, Sega still does what Nintendon't
